RMS InstaSound Creator Social Audio License
Version 1.0
This license governs eligible 60-second RMS InstaSound audio purchased through RMS Global Publishing.
Ownership
The applicable creator and rights holder retain all copyright, master, publishing, authorship, and other intellectual-property ownership. No ownership transfers to the buyer.
License Grant
The buyer receives a nonexclusive, nontransferable, perpetual license to synchronize the purchased InstaSound audio into completed social-media content published on channels or accounts owned or controlled by the buyer.
Permitted Creator Uses
The buyer may use the licensed InstaSound audio in organic social posts, reels, shorts, stories, creator videos, livestream clips, and similar social-media content on buyer-controlled channels. Ordinary creator monetization is permitted, including platform ad-revenue participation and sponsored creator content posted organically on the buyer's own channels.
Editing
The buyer may trim, fade, loop, arrange, or synchronize the audio within an authorized completed social-media post, provided the raw audio is not distributed or offered separately.
Not a Professional Sync License
This InstaSound license does not grant film, television, theatrical, trailer, broadcast, game, app, podcast-series, major advertising, paid-media, boosted-ad, whitelisting, third-party client campaign, political, endorsement, trademark, exclusivity, or custom synchronization rights. Those uses require a separate RMS license or written agreement.
Restrictions
The buyer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, transfer, upload, or make the raw audio available as a standalone file, stock item, sample, template, library item, NFT, or competing product.
The buyer may not claim authorship, copyright ownership, master ownership, publishing ownership, or exclusive rights in the audio.
The buyer may not register the raw audio by itself with Content ID, fingerprinting, rights-management, or automated ownership systems.
The buyer may not use the audio to train an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without separate written authorization from RMS Global Publishing and the applicable rights holder.
The buyer may not use the audio in unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, or intentionally harmful material.
Attribution
Where credits are customary or reasonably available, attribution should read: "[Asset Title]" by [Creator Name], licensed through RMS Global Publishing.
Purchase Record
The exact license version accepted at checkout is bound to the RMS order and issued-license record. Expiration of a delivery token does not erase the underlying transaction or license record.
Professional Rights
Professional synchronization, advertising, brand, film, television, gaming, trailer, broadcast, and other rights outside this Creator Social Audio License are quoted and cleared separately by RMS Global Publishing.
